SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping Time Items are generally shipped 3-4 business days after your order is placed.
During pool season, however, orders may take up to 7-12 business days before they are shipped
from the manufacturer. (All orders are built at the factory upon ordering; this plays a role
in the low cost of our items and also the delay during high traffic season). Please plan your
order's shipment accordingly.
Method Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground (3-5
day shipment) or by Truck (7-14 day delivery) for larger items.

Shipping Charges PoolBargains.com makes the shipping process for you
simple! Shipping within the United States is FREE! (except Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Possessions for orders under $3000.00)
International Shipments The free shipping offer does not apply to International
Shipments. Shipping Charges do apply to all International
Orders. International Orders must be called in to PoolBargains
at 1-800-961-7999. We will make every effort to make International
Shipping as cost effective as possible.
Back Orders. By having accurate availability for all the products on PoolBargains.com,
we can minimize back-order problems. We will notify you immediately
if there is an availability issue and if you choose to wait for
the item, we will ship it when it is available.

RETURN POLICY
Products purchased from PoolBargains.com may be returned under
the following circumstances and timeframes:
- Product is defective or damaged upon receipt - notify us within 10 days of
receipt for replacement product.
- Customer ordered the wrong type or style - notify us within 10 days for
a replacement product.
- After 30 days no returns will be accepted except for warranty repair claims
on products.
- In all cases except for a "defective or damaged upon receipt" item, the customer
is responsible for shipping the item back to the manufacturer. There is a 20%
restocking fee on all items returned.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Poolbargains Pumps, Motors, Filters, Pool Packs, Cleaners are shipped via FedEx
Ground Service as part of your purchase. When we have sent your tracking
number, click here to track
your package status. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. Most orders
arrive in 4 days.
Poolbargains Above Ground Pool Packages are shipped via one of these carriers as
part of your purchase. When we have sent your tracking number and
carrier, click the appropriate logo to track your package status.

PRIVACY POLICY
Internet security concerns are written about in the press and other media.
You can be assured that your financial information will be safe
and confidential while you do business with PoolBargains.com on-line.
Six reasons you are safe when ordering on-line:
1. We Use the one of the best security technologies available. Always
use our Secure Shopping Cart when placing an order. If you experience
problems then use one of our off-line order options (phone or
check) to place your order. You will not be able to use Secure
Mode if either you have an older version of Internet browser which
does not support secure transactions or your computer is located
on a local area network which uses a firewall which prohibits
secure transactions. In the latter case, have your network system
administrator configure Port 443 for secure transactions.
2. We Protect Your Personal Information. Any time you submit a form
containing sensitive information (i.e. an order) to PoolBargains.com
it is encrypted before transmission and only stored on our server
long enough to process and assure payment. All informaiton is
then deleted.
3. The Internet is Safe. When you compare the Internet to other retail
channels (such as mail order companies or even your local pool
store) in terms of credit card security, it's very safe.
4. History Demonstrates On-Line Transactions are Safe. Our commitment
to you as a consumer is to maintain this excellent record by adopting
new security technology as is develops to ensure that doing business
with PoolBargains.com will always be safe.
5. You are Protected by Federal Law. The chances are very unlikely
that you would ever have your credit card information stolen on
the Internet. However, if it ever is, you're protected by the
same federal law which protects all of your credit card purchases
which limits your liability to a maximum of $50 in charges.
6. Your privacy is important. We are extremely sensitive to privacy
issues and will never sell data collected from our customers.
We are in the pool and spa supply business - not the data gathering
business.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
2 YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
- SWIMMING POOL PUMPS, FILTERS AND MOTORS FOR SWIMMING POOLS, SPAS AND HOT TUBS
From engineering through production and inspection, Advantage Pumps and
Motors are manufactured with exacting care and close attention to
detail. This control of quality coupled with the superior features
incorporated in the design insure long life and trouble-free performance.
WARRANTY COVERAGE All Advantage pumps and motors for swimming pools,
spas and hot tubs are warranted to be free from defects in materials
and/or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of sale
to the ultimate user.
EXCLUSIONS FROM THIS WARRANTY This warranty does not cover:
1. Problems from improper installation.
2. Problems resulting from abuse, misuse, negligence or accident
by any party other than Advantage, such as, but not limited to,
damage to swimming pool fixtures caused by operation without benefit
of total submersion, damage to parts caused by installers, damage
to pump parts caused by “dry” operation (loss of prime
or obstruction on plumbing lines), etc.
3. Problems resulting in whole or part from alteration or modification
of these products by any party.
WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS OF ADVANTAGE
Should a defect in workmanship and/or material in any item covered
by this warranty become evident during the term of the warranty
Advantage will, at its option, repair or replace such item at its
own cost and expenses. Advantage is not, however, responsible under
this warranty for any cost of shipping or transportation of the
equipment of parts thereof to or from the service department. Also
Advantage is not liable for any loss of time, inconvenience, incidental
expenses such as telephone calls, labor, or material charges incurred
in connection with the removal or replacement of the equipment,
or any other incidental or consequential damages.
WARRANTY PROTECTS ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER
This warranty extends to the consumer who made the original retail
purchase only and is not enforceable by any other party.
