2 of 5 Works, but too loud March 14, 2017

I had this motor installed and I noted that it was too loud on high speed.  Spoke to the installer and he told me that it was normal for this motor.  To mitigate the problem, I just went into the house which helped to dampen the noise.  Now that the neighbors started complaining.  I got a sound meter app and it reads 85 dB within two feet from the pump.  I contacted the manufacturer (Advantageman) and they tell me that "A swimming pool pump running @ 80 db is normal."  All I can say at this time is that if you want to enjoy your pool/Jacuzzi you should stay away from this motor.
